Look at what this group in Ontario managed to accomplish. They went to a food court in a mall. Although the staff and the security and the police attempted to intimidate this group into leaving, the members of this group knew the law, and they knew what to say. They were successful in staying and dining onsite. They left when they were ready to leave and were not intimidated into leaving early.
